Location: Slough, SL1
Shift: 4:00 PM - 12:00 Midnight (Monday to Friday)
Pay Rate: Up to £19 per hour
Overtime: Lots of overtime available - excellent earning potential!

We're hiring for a Shot Blaster to join our well-established manufacturing client in Slough. You'll be working as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced production environment, helping ensure high-quality surface preparation on a variety of metal components.

Your Responsibilities:

Perform shot blasting operations on metal parts to clean, strengthen, or polish surfaces

Carry out assembly and peening tasks in line with production needs

Inspect finished parts for quality and adherence to specifications

Work from technical drawings, process instructions, and quality standards

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in shot blasting (minimum 1-2 years preferred)

Knowledge of peening and other surface preparation techniques

Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
