The Position - KS2 Behaviour TA

Qualiteach are seeking a confident and adaptable KS2 Behaviour Teaching Assistant to support pupils with challenging behaviour in a primary school setting. The successful candidate will mentor pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis, helping them to regulate emotions, build positive relationships, and re-engage with learning. You will work closely with class teachers and the SEN team to implement behaviour strategies and provide consistent support. Experience working with behaviour needs is essential. This is an excellent long-term opportunity for a resilient and proactive individual passionate about making a difference
