• Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
• A strong passion for food and cooking
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations

Conveniently located between junctions 11A and 12 of the M5, the hotel is only a 5-7 minute drive from the motorway, whether you're traveling north or south.

The hotel features 95 bedrooms, including 6 family rooms, and meeting rooms for up to 180 delegates. It also has a Civil Ceremony licence and a versatile wedding suite that can accommodate up to 200 guests.
