Entrepreneurial City firm require an Assistant Solicitor to join their busy Residential Property Team.
Our client is seeking to recruit a diligent, confident and self-motivated 2 to 3 year qualified Lawyer (Solicitor, Qualified legal exec, licenced conveyancer) work in a busy department. The successful candidate will primarily be involved in all aspects of residential purchases and new lease acquisitions for a corporate client. They are looking for someone to take over this valuable client and manage their workload for the next 2 years focusing on the high volume and quick turnaround the work from this client requires. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an ability to work in a pressured and challenging environment, whilst maintaining strong accuracy and attention to detail, and will be able to liaise closely and work proactively with clients, external agencies and colleagues.
The successful applicant will be an experience Legal Executive or Licensed conveyancer. Key requirements for this role are as follows:-
- 2 - 3 years Post Qualification Experience in Residential Property
- Experience in dealing with Purchases / Sales / Re-mortgages / Transfer of Equity
- Experience of working in a fast-paced organisation
- Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
- Be able to demonstrate confidence and self-motivation
- Attention to detail is essential
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
