We're working with a rapidly growing, award-winning digital agency to find an experienced Senior Affiliates Manager to join their Paid Media team.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves building affiliate strategies, driving performance, and working closely with publishers across content, cashback, influencer, and loyalty platforms.

🧠 What You'll Be Doing:

Owning affiliate marketing strategy across multiple clients
Managing day-to-day performance and partner relationships
Recruiting and growing a strong network of affiliate publishers
Delivering insight-driven reporting to optimise campaigns
Collaborating with internal teams to create integrated solutions✅ What We're Looking For:

Proven track record managing affiliate marketing programmes
Experience with affiliate platforms and tracking tools
Strong data skills - you enjoy digging into performance metrics
Confident communicator and relationship-builder
