Job Description


  • Responsible for the expansion of talent management strategies to include effective recruiting, interviewing, hiring and on-boarding to meet company growth objectives 
  • Fully understand the Company’s brand, core values, culture, mission and vision to exemplify in the recruiting process
  • Able to successfully source, search and attract talent to obtain a pool of qualified candidates for all positions
  • Accurately assess candidates (in-person or phone) for Company core values, culture and competencies
  • Demonstrate ability to apply a business mindset to the talent acquisition function
  • Leverage data and market intelligence to develop and execute staffing strategies
  • Track and analyze recruiting process throughout entire life cycle
  • Confer with leadership to identify personnel needs and workforce planning strategies
  • Coach supervisors on effective interviewing techniques for their departments
  • Write complete and detailed job descriptions and job postings for successful candidate sourcing
  • Consistently promote and adhere to compliance, diversity and talent acquisition processes
  • Employ local and on-line posting, job boards, social media, networking events and off-site recruiting fairs
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to identify and source qualified team members and leaders.
  • Engage with shareholders, trade partners and clients to build trustworthy, long term, mutually profitable relationships
  • Demonstrate role model behaviors on ethics and integrity, promoting People. Principle. Purpose
  • Understand and demonstrate the Company’s mission and philosophy to affect team member alignment with Company goals


  • Bachelors' Degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 4+ years of success in full cycle recruiting that includes sourcing, screening, assessment, selection and closing
  • Working knowledge of construction related fields preferred 
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with all levels of team members from entry level to senior management
  • Exceptional organizational and decision making/problem solving skills
  • Effective negotiating skills
  • Experience solving talent scarcity and delivering a significant impact as an individual contributor   
  • Able to facilitate with a high sense of urgency
  • Able to prioritize tasks with strong attention to detail
  • Understand the importance of and able to perform in a team environment
  • Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking software programs (SharePoint a plus)
  • Strong proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
