About the 1:1 TA role* Provide dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil with SEND* Help with learning activities, routines and classroom tasks* Encourage confidence, focus and independence* Work alongside the class teacher and SENCO to follow support plans* Support learning across EYFS-KS2 depending on the child's needs* Take part in wider school life where needed
