Technical Administrator -Contract

Our successful client is looking for an enthusiastic Technical Administrator to join their friendly, proactive team.

What you'll do as a Technical Administrator:

Handle technical customer calls confidently and clearly.

Read engineering drawings and identify required parts.

Work with Bills of Materials, spares, and place orders.

*

Support the manufacturing-to-supply process.

*

Take a proactive approach to problem-solving.

What you'll need as a Technical Administrator:

Some experience in a technical/engineering support role

*

Knowledge of manufacturing processes

*

Ability to interpret engineering drawings

*

Confident communication skills and a willingness to learn

*

A positive, can-do attitude
