Mechanical Project / Contracts Manager

The Role:

* We are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager / Contracts Manager on a Permanent basis.

* You will manage multiple projects with a value of between £2M - £5M M&E value across the NW.

* Attending client progress meetings on site and overseeing all site operatives and sub-contractors.

* Projects located predominantly across the NW within commercial and/or industrial type projects.

The Person:

* Mechanically qualified with previous experience managing similar sized projects.

* SSSTS or SMSTS

The Package:

* Salary Range £52K - £57K (DoE)

* 22 Days Holiday (Not including bank holidays)

* £400 car allowance

* Annual performance bonus
