About Ther Role:

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for pets, retail and customer service?

We're looking for a Store Manager to lead our team and drive success at our new Outlet - Pet Range!

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning
• Lead, motivate, and train a team of store assistants
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues efficiently
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and visual displays
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to develop sales
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in retail management (2+ years preferred)
• Leadership and communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a hands-on approach
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage your time and tasks effectively during downtime
• Proactive approach, able to problem solve and use your initiative
• Proficient with IT
• Comfortable around dogs and pets
