We're looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (SQS) to join a high-profile rail civils project in East London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a major infrastructure scheme with long-term prospects, supporting the commercial delivery of complex civil engineering packages within a live rail environment.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Full commercial management of designated work packages
NEC contract administration (main and subcontracts)
Cost forecasting, change management, and value engineering
Subcontractor procurement, account management, and final accounts
Collaboration with delivery, planning, and client teams to ensure commercial compliance
Preparing detailed reports and ensuring alignment with project budget and programme✅ Requirements:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor/SQS on rail or major civils infrastructure
Strong understanding of NEC3/NEC4 contracts
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced project environment
Effective communication, negotiation, and reporting skills
