As part of their continued growth, they are now looking to add a CNC Router Operative to their night shift team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a modern and supportive workplace where your skills and development will be valued.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC router machinery with accuracy and efficiency

*

Cut a variety of materials up to 20mm thick

*

Prepare and set up materials to meet production requirements

*

Read and interpret technical drawings and cutting lists

*

Conduct routine maintenance and basic quality checks

*

Follow all health and safety protocols

*

Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives

*

CNC programming experience is advantageous but not essential — training can be provided

Ideal Candidate:

*

Previous CNC router or CNC machine operating experience (woodworking or sheet metal background welcome)

*

Comfortable reading technical drawings and working to specification

*

Attention to detail and strong organisational skills

*

Able to manage time effectively and work to deadlines

*

Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude

*

Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and develop

*

Open to training — great for those looking to retrain or expand their skills
