Join our dynamic team at the West London Campus, where we offer a broad range of programmes in a vibrant learning environment, including a beauty salon equipped to industry standards. We are seeking a part-time Lecturer in Beauty Therapy to deliver high-quality teaching across various programmes.
Day-to-day of the role: - Teach across full-time City and Guilds Levels 2, 3, and 4 Beauty Therapy programmes.
- Conduct commercial courses including short courses and evening courses in Beauty Therapy.
- Teach and assess in specialised areas such as Hair Reduction and Skin Rejuvenation using Laser systems.
- Engage with students to inspire, motivate, and elevate their skills to industry standards.
- Utilise the latest industry techniques and tools in teaching to ensure a practical learning experience.
- Maintain student records, assessments, and feedback to monitor and enhance student progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Qualified to a minimum of Level 4 in Beauty Therapy.
- Hold a Level 5 teaching qualification recognised by the FE sector.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience within the Beauty industry.
- Proven experience in teaching, training, and assessing in Beauty Therapy.
- Qualified and experienced in teaching and assessing Level 3 Advanced Epilation.
- Level 4 qualifications in Hair Reduction using Intense Pulsed Light Systems and Skin Rejuvenation using LASER Systems.
