We are currently working with a well established Service Centre with their search for a Vehicle Technician to be based on site in Portsmouth

What to expect from the role:

* Perform all Service & Repair on Vehicle on site to set company standards and deadlines.

* Identify causes and solutions for customer vehicle issues.

* To advise both Service Manager and Service Department on advise of further work and rectification of vehicles in accordance with company guidelines

* To attend regular onsite training with the view of personal development

* To operate and maintain equipment, carrying out all duties in a safe manner.

* To assist management with the introduction of new methods of work designed to improve efficiency.

* To take responsibility to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction levels by providing a quality of service that means customers would not consider using our competitors.

* The opportunity to develop through a second-to-none training and upskilling programme

Relevant Experience & Qualifications Required:

* NVQ Level 3 qualified or equivalent.

* Previous experience within a main dealer is desirable although not essential.

* Be able to comply with all company and manufacturer's disciplines and procedures.

Our client is offering a salary of £40,000 - £45000 per annum plus great Bonus structure and development scheme
