We are seeking Warehouse Operatives to join our busy furniture distribution team in Swindon. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly, working efficiently, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety.

Role Responsibilities:

Picking, packing, and loading/unloading a variety of furniture items safely and efficiently, including heavy and bulky products
Assisting with stock control, inventory checks, and ensuring all items are stored correctly
Preparing orders for dispatch to customers and delivery routes
Moving company vans within the yard when required (driving licence essential)
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment in line with health and safety guidelines
Working as part of a team to meet daily targets and deadlinesRequirements:

Full UK driving licence (essential) - applicants without a valid licence will not be considered
Ability to handle heavy furniture and work at a steady, productive pace
Attention to detail to ensure accurate picking and packing
A proactive and adaptable approach to tasks
Punctual, reliable, and able to work well within a team environment
