Hours: 4-Day Week (Monday-Thursday)

We are supporting our client, a well-established precision engineering business, in their search for an experienced CNC 5-Axis Machinist. Due to a sharp rise in workload, they require an additional machinist to join the team.

• Operating and programming 5-Axis Hurco CNC machines.

• Using FeatureCAM for CAD/CAM programming and toolpath creation.

• Performing both in-process and final inspection to tight tolerances.

• CMM programming and operation for dimensional verification.

• Working closely with the Shop Manager and wider production team.

• Maintaining high standards of accuracy, quality, and housekeeping.

• Proven experience with 5-Axis Hurco machining.

• Strong working knowledge of FeatureCAM.

• Confident in inspection methods and measurement equipment.

• CMM programming experience is essential.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

• A proactive, hands-on approach.
