An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Finance Solicitor (2-6 PQE) to join a market-leading Real Estate team of 40+ lawyers. The Role
You will advise lenders, borrowers, and investors on a wide range of real estate finance transactions, including:
Acting for banks, financial institutions, and alternative lenders on secured lending.
Advising on investment, development, and acquisition finance.
Supporting high-value and complex real estate transactions.
Drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security documents, and related finance documents.
Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development.
About You
Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 2-6 years' PQE in real estate finance.
Strong technical expertise in property finance, with experience acting for lenders and/or borrowers.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Commercially focused, with the ability to manage a busy caseload effectively.
A collaborative team player with ambition to develop a long-term career in real estate finance.
