Are you an enthusiastic and motivated Early Career Teacher (ECT) ready to begin your teaching journey this September? We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated ECTs to join a range of welcoming and supportive primary and secondary schools across Southampton from September 2025, in full-time roles.

This is a fantastic opportunity for newly qualified teachers looking to build strong foundations for a successful teaching career. Whether you specialise in EYFS, Key Stage 1, Key Stage 2, or a secondary subject area, we would love to hear from you!

We Are Looking For:

Enthusiastic and committed ECTs (Primary or Secondary)

Strong classroom management and communication skills

A passion for education and making a positive difference in pupils' lives

Willingness to learn, reflect, and grow professionally

A relevant teaching qualification (PGCE, BA QTS, or equivalent) and eligibility for ECT status by September 2025

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum

Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment

Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback

Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community

Commit to your own professional development and the school's ethos
