An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assembler to join their team.

Assembler Duties:

Perform assigned tasks on the production line as directed by the line manager.
Comply with all company Health and Safety regulations and procedures.
Contribute fully to team objectives by supporting safety, quality, cost, delivery, and compliance initiatives.
Participate in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement activities within the work area.
Demonstrate strong manual dexterity in assembling electro-mechanical components.
Possess soldering skills that meet recognised industry standards.
Interpret and follow technical drawings and manufacturing documentation accurately.
Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Efficiently multitask and adapt to rotating duties across key production processes.Role Requirements:

Proven experience in an assembly or manufacturing environment
Skilled in soldering, electrical crimping, and precise manual handling
Consistently punctual and reliable
Demonstrated ability to meet performance and production targets
Strong communicator with the ability to engage effectively at all levels
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Capable of consistently following established processes and procedures
Maintains a professional and committed approach to work
An FLT licence would be desirable
