Elevate projects are looking to appoint a Team leader on behalf of one of our valued clients. As a team leader you’ll coach, motivate, and assist a team to deliver a high standard service tailored to individual customers and stakeholders. You’ll oversee reports, completion of repairs and contribute to training development. Supporting a project manager to monitor and manage contract compliance and hold responsibility of day-to-day management of rental income and arrears recovery. Essential required:

• Knowledge and experience of risk management, risk assessments and support planning
• Ability to self-motivate, adapt, and stay calm in pressured situations
• Knowledge of safeguarding adults and children
• Knowledge of the welfare benefits system
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• I.T Literate
• An understanding of health and safety
• Multi agency working and in partnership.
