About the Role:

* One of the world's largest Facilities Management companies, are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join their onsite maintenance team in Barton

* This is excellent opportunity for someone to develop and further their career in varying fast paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assure that all heating and air conditioning equipment receives regular maintenance to meet service level agreements and expectations.

* Ensure that water systems and evaporative cooling systems are maintained in accordance with L8 and company standards.

* Make sure that plant flaws and defects are promptly fixed to keep the plant in operational condition at all times.

* To perform reactive and scheduled preventative maintenance on other site plants as needed.

Requirements:

* Proven experience within a similar role

* Knowledge of HVAC systems and relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2 Mechanical or C&G Plumbing and Heating)

* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
