Rowanbrook Care Home is a purpose built service in Walsall, providing specialist nursing and residential care for 59 residents with complex health needs. The home offers a structured and supportive environment where a multidisciplinary team delivers high quality, person centred care focused on stability, wellbeing and maintaining independence.

- 24 hours per week
- Shift times: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Pension, onsite parking, paid DBS, uniform provided
- 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)
Role Overview
As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for residents, visitors and staff. Your work will directly contribute to residents' comfort, wellbeing and overall experience within the home.
You will carry out daily cleaning across all areas, ensuring high standards of hygiene are consistently maintained. This includes bedrooms, communal areas and facilities, creating a calm and well presented environment.
You will also support laundry processes, ensuring items are handled correctly and returned promptly. Working closely with the wider team, you will help maintain a positive and organised environment where residents feel comfortable and at ease.
