Dunbar Education is seeking dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistants to join our trusted network of education professionals. We partner with outstanding nurseries, preschools, and primary schools to place talented staff who make a real difference every day.

What you'll do:

• Support children's learning through play, activities, and structured lessons.

• Assist with literacy, numeracy, and creative development.

• Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.

• Work alongside teachers and practitioners to meet each child's needs.

What we're looking for:

• Experience working with children aged 0-5 (paid or voluntary).

• A caring, patient, and energetic approach.

• Strong communication skills with both children and adults.

• A valid DBS (or willingness to obtain one).

• Early Years qualifications (desirable, but not essential).
