Further details: We are delighted to be recruiting for a motivated and passionate Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN / RNLD) to join a brand new care home that recently opened on the outskirts of Poole , Dorset. This bright and modern care home offers a warm and cosy feel for residents and their families.

The home boasts excellent facilities including homely communal lounge areas, regular activities for the residents to enjoy and freshly cooked daily meals. The healthcare team at the home are passionate about the high-quality person-centred care that they provide, and the Home Manager is looking for a caring and like-minded Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join the team.

Person Specification: We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager who has strong business acumen and people leadership skills who can work with the team to develop them professionally, whilst supporting the home to its full potential regarding occupancy. All key roles within the home have been recruited to and we are looking for a strong leader to bring the home to the next level.You must have previous experience in being a Deputy Manager.

You must hold a valid Nursing Pin and have an active registration with the NMC. All applicants must be fully eligible to live and work in the UK.
