Area Sales Manager — Capital Equipment

Up to £40,000 basic | OTE: £70,000 Year 1, £90,000 Year 2

As part of a highly successful sales team led by an inspirational sales leader, you'll sell industry-leading capital equipment and solutions to warehouse, logistics and manufacturing customers across the North East territory.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a new-business focused salesperson to build an outstanding territory with full manufacturer backing, structured training and clear progression — all while representing what many customers describe as the best product on the market.

The Role

* Focus: New business acquisition and growing market share across warehousing, logistics and manufacturing accounts

* Activities: prospecting, cold outreach, face-to-face meetings and product demonstrations, solution selling, quoting and closing deals, and collaborating with service/support teams to ensure excellent customer onboarding and retention

* Target-driven role with strong management support and clear performance milestones for accelerated earnings

What we're looking for

* Any B2B sales background with a strong focus on acquiring new business (field, corporate, or inside sales)

* Highly motivated, resilient hunter mentality — you enjoy prospecting and turning opportunities into closed business

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills; confident presenting to decision-makers

* Able to work autonomously across a geographically spread patch and manage your own diary
