Business Administration Manager

A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to join our established administration team as an Administration Manager. The role is vast and varied and no two days will ever be the same. Some of the desired indicative key accountabilities and skills are listed below, this however is by no means intended to be an exhaustive list.

Key accountabilities:

\* Responsibility to Ensure the delivery of highquality day to day support to three European offices; working with the EU Business Support team to ensure a unified and proactive approach
\* Acting as a champion for driving efficiencies and continuous improvement across the Business Support team, whilst ensuring professional standards and best practice are applied.
\* Direct line management of administration staff within our EU Business Support team
\* Ensure personal development reviews, and annual appraisals for direct reports are undertaken in line with company protocols
\* Management and maintenance of the UK Car fleet; negotiating on extensions and new leases and contracts, ensuring we remain compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
\* Provision of administration, analysis and coordination to ensure the smooth running of the business support function, whilst working on a range of adhoc projects for the Amoria Bond group.
\* Provide research and logistics for a range of office projects; managing and negotiating renewals, sourcing new suppliers etc.
\* Group liaison for external IT & CRM suppliers, providing point of contact for approvals, queries and escalations
\* Manage escalate and log support tickets for a range of IT and software used across the Amoria Bond group; including RDB, Nasstar, Teamseer and Insight
\* Manage the RDB Help Inbox and RDB Admin Placement checks
Desirable Key skills
\* Previous experience in a supervisory or line management role
\* Ability to demonstrate analytical, creative and proactive thinking
\* Ability to work with the minimum of supervision, and prioritise tasks independently
\* Ability to liaise effectively and develop excellent working relationships with a wide range of individuals, partners and organisations
\* Ability work confidently with numbers, and competent with Microsoft Excel
\* Be in possession of a full UK driving licence
