We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong highways experience to join our infrastructure team. You'll manage costs, contracts, and commercial matters across key road and civil engineering projects.

Main Responsibilities:

Manage project costs, budgets, and financial reports.
Prepare estimates, BOQs, and tender documents.
Oversee NEC3/NEC4 contract administration.
Handle valuations, payments, variations, and final accounts.
Support project teams and guide junior Quantity Surveyors.
Experience working and advising on best practice within the highway sector

What We're Looking For:

Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar.
7+ years' experience, including highways or major civils projects.
Good knowledge of NEC contracts.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
MRICS is an advantage.
