The Impact Academy is Tradewind's dedicated training programme for graduates. Designed to give you the tools, knowledge, and support to succeed, you'll receive expert coaching from senior professionals, 1-to-1 mentoring, and ongoing development tailored to your growth.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will:

Source and interview education professionals for temporary and permanent roles
Write engaging CVs and profiles to market candidates to schools
Collaborate with consultants to place candidates and meet school needs
Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and candidates
Work to achievable KPIs and targets with full support from your team
Earn commission and bonuses based on your performance

Progression After Your First Year
After your first successful year, you'll graduate from the Impact Academy and move into a sales role with your own desk and client base. You'll also receive advanced training in:

Business development and client management
Safeguarding and compliance
Margin negotiation and pricing
Customer service, organisation, and time management
