A fast-growing fashion retailer is seeking an experienced Multi-Store Manager to lead the performance of multiple clothing stores across the Channel Islands and Isle of Man. If you're a commercially driven retail leader who can motivate teams, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences, this role is for you.

We want someone who has the ability to manage across different store fascias, but, ensure all brand standards are delivered. The Multi-store manager will support a wide number of stores across The Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. The successful leader will be passionate about retail, be able to deliver results and empower your people at all times

Key Responsibilities of the Multi-Brand Store Manager;

* Oversee daily operations across multiple fashion retail stores

* Maintain high standards in store presentation, visual merchandising, and customer service

* Use sales data and KPIs to improve performance and achieve targets

* Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and their teams

* Ensure accurate stock management and support promotional activity

* Monitor costs, manage P&Ls, and optimise operational efficiency

What We're Looking For in our new Multi-Brand Store Manager;

* Proven multi-site retail management experience

* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

* Commercially minded with excellent problem-solving abilities

* Confident decision-maker able to work independently

* Proficient in retail systems and Microsoft Office
