Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)? We're looking for a patient, enthusiastic, and proactive ASD Specialist Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic all-through specialist school in Maidenhead.
About the Role:You'll be working with students aged 5 to 16, offering one-to-one and small group support to help pupils with ASD access learning, build social skills, and manage day-to-day school life. The role is varied, rewarding, and a brilliant opportunity to make a meaningful difference at every stage of a child's education.
What You'll Be Doing:? Supporting children and young people with ASD across primary and secondary classes? Adapting activities and resources to meet individual needs? Assisting with emotional regulation, sensory strategies and behaviour support? Working closely with teaching staff, therapists, and families to provide holistic care
