You will play a key role in delivering complex, high-impact transformation programmes, shaping architectural direction, and guiding both clients and development teams.You will lead on designing and delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, IRM, and other key workflow areas.Required Experience

• Experience in ServiceNow business process design and architecture
• Strong development background with deep platform knowledge
• Ability to lead technical design, integrations, and governance
• Understanding of both cloud and on-premises ServiceNow models
• Eligible for SC clearance (UK nationals only, due to client requirements)
