Multitask Recruitment Solutions are looking for experienced Adminfor busy and expanding Engineering company based in Altham.

This is a temporaryto permanent role for the right candidate.

Mon - Thurs: 7:00am-4:30pm

Fri: 7am-11am

JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Order Processing

* Purchasing

* Ability to cover other roles as required

* Flexibility and a willingness to learn new tasks is therefore essential

* Experience of SAP systems would be advantageous, but not essential as full training will be given to the right candidate.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal ‐ particularly on the telephone.

* IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, E-mail, Internet and databases.

* Ability to work on own initiative, and as part of a team.

* Ability to prioritise & manage multiple priorities.
