Process invoices and ensure accurate coding and approval in line with company policies.
Maintain and update accounts payable records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
Respond to supplier and internal queries in a timely and professional manner.
