Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with autism
Work as part of the school's new autism provision team in Lambeth
Support access to learning across the curriculum in KS3 and KS4
Help create an inclusive, structured, and supportive environment
Collaborate with teachers, SENCO, and external professionals to deliver personalised strategiesRequirements

Proven experience working with students with autism in a school setting
Strong understanding of autism and strategies to support learners effectively
HLTA qualification or Level 3 TA qualification beneficial
Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
