A growing organisation is seeking a skilled Management Accountant to support its finance function. This role is ideal for someone confident in full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, and maintaining strong internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare journals, reconciliations, and financial reports
• Support monthly/quarterly/year-end close
• Maintain general ledger and balance sheet integrity
• Assist with audits and compliance requirements
• Liaise with external partners (auditors, banks, tax authorities)
• Collaborate with internal teams on revenue recognition and process improvements
• Contribute to international finance initiatives
• Manage cash processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• ACCA/ACA/CIMA (or equivalent) or QBE
• 5+ years overall accounting experience
• Strong analytical and numeracy skills
• High attention to detail and strong organisation skills
• ERP experience (SAP/NetSuite beneficial)
