This reputable law firm is looking of an Events Executive to join their dynamic and busy team. You will provide support to the Events Manager with the end-end management of in-person and virtual events. This firm has a supportive and down to earth culture who fosters progression and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Support full life-cycle of events - event agenda, budgeting, vendor management, day of operations, logistics, admin
• Manage the marketing and attendee lists
• Develop marketing collateral to support the event
• Manage event data and post-event analysis
• Communicate event details to internal and external stakeholders.

This role will suit someone who has events experience working within professional services. You must have exceptional project management and organisational skills. Equally, you must have a strong attention to detail and have excellent problem-solving skills.
