Temporary Receptionist

📍Location: Norwich, Norfolk

💷Hourly Rate: £13.15ph

⏰Duration/hours: Monday 30th March - Friday 10th April 8am-6pm

As our Temporary Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of our client's organisation! Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting and assisting visitors with a warm smile 😊
Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate departments 📞
Scheduling appointments and maintaining an organised calendar 📅
Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent service
Supporting administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothlyThe ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

Previous experience in the motor trade or as a service advisor 🚗
Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
