A well-established building services contractor is seeking a Junior BIM Coordinator (Mechanical bias) to join an ongoing project in Central London.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-2 years' experience looking to develop their BIM career within a fast-paced project environment. You will work closely with design and site teams, supporting coordination of mechanical services and ensuring models are aligned with project requirements.

You will play a key role in supporting BIM delivery, coordination, and clash detection across a live project.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in coordinating MEP models with a mechanical focus
• Support clash detection and resolution using BIM tools
• Work closely with design teams, engineers, and subcontractors
• Maintain and update federated models in line with project requirements
• Assist with production of 2D drawings from 3D models
• Support BIM standards, workflows, and project documentation
• Attend coordination meetings and contribute to technical discussions
• Ensure models are aligned with programme and design updates
• Assist with managing RFIs and design changes

Requirements
• 1-2 years' experience in a BIM / Revit-based role
• Mechanical bias or exposure to HVAC / building services
• Proficiency in Revit (essential)
• Understanding of BIM coordination and workflows
• Basic knowledge of clash detection tools (e.g. Navisworks)
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work within a team in a fast-paced environment

Desirable
• Experience on commercial or fit-out projects
• Exposure to site-based coordination
• Understanding of MEP services integration
• Relevant qualification in Building Services or Engineering
