Mobile Cleaner required to work with a leading Housing Association based in Worcester and surrounding area.

My client requires an experienced mobile cleaner to work on a temp to perm basis

Work will include general cleaning, deep cleaning void social housing properties, external cleaning, graffiti removal.
Cleaning void rooms/properties to prepare them for new residents.
Remove rubbish and dispose of correctly.
Ensure that houses are hygienic and well maintained.
Report any repairs to the maintenance office team.
Support when no lone working is required.
Carry out sharps sweeps.
Collection and distribution of bedding packs/welcome packs as required.
FULL UK DRIVING LICENSE AN OWN TRANSPORT IS ESSENTIAL (mileage paid) Job details:

Start date: As soon a candidates are available

Location: Worcester, WR5 and Surrounding region

Duration: Temp to perm

Hours: 40 Hours per week. Monday - Friday

Pay rate: £14.10- £14.50 per hour

Requirements:

Previous cleaning experience

FULL UK DRIVING LICENSE AND OWN TRANSPORT REQUIRED

Good communication skills
