About the Role

As an Electrician, you'll play a key role in maintaining and repairing electrical, mechanical, and heating systems in both domestic and commercial settings. You'll carry out:

Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)

*

Electrical fault-finding and repairs

*

Installation work, including rewires and upgrades

You'll work across a wide range of systems including boiler controls, communal lighting, hot water systems, HVAC units, pumps, and more.

What We're Looking For:

*

18th Edition Wiring Regulations experience or equivalent

*

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)

*

2391 testing and inspection

*

City & Guilds Electrical Test & Inspection Certificate

*

AM2 qualification (preferred but not essential)

*

Strong knowledge of current regulations and best practices

*

Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

*

Full, clean UK driving licence
