Main Duties of the Administrator:
As an Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for customers and a vital link between departments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced office. Your responsibilities will include:
Accurately processing customer orders using a bespoke system
Handling incoming calls and emails, delivering a friendly and professional service
Coordinating with the production team to track order progress and meet deadlines
Supporting day-to-day administrative functions within a busy manufacturing office
Candidate Requirements:

Be comfortable managing calls with professionalism
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Be confident using IT systems and managing administrative processes
Enjoy working as part of a team and under pressure
Relevant Experience / Job Titles:
If you have previously worked as a Customer Service Advisor, Sales Administrator, Admin Assistant, or Order Processor, you may be well-suited to this role.
