Job Type: Permanent, FullTime

Salary: £35000 - £45000/annum negotiable plus ote & incentives

As a dedicated In-house Recruiter you will be responsible for managing relationships with internal stakeholders / hiring managers, to sourcing candidates, managing applications across the UK and EU regions. Recruiting across a range of roles in the Fintech and financial services sector. You will manage the full recruitment life-cycle through to on boarding.

The Role

* In-house Recruitment role

* Manage and coach internal hiring managers on defining their role requirements, improving interview capability, championing diversity and running an exceptional hiring process.

* Work closely with the HR team to help build their employer brand

* Source, engage and interview the best talent within financial services and fintech

* Create candidate networks and continuously develop a pipeline of talent

* Ensure an exceptional candidate experience for all those that you engage with

* Full lifecycle recruitment from initial job gathering information with the hiring manager through to offer acceptance and on-boarding.

About You

* 3+ years full lifecycle recruitment experience, either in an agency or in-house

* Ideally you will have tech, financial services or fintech recruitment experience

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and able to build relationships both in-person and online

* Ability to thrive in a high volume, fast paced and often ambiguous environment, while maintaining focus on delivering results

* Ability to manage multiple projects and candidates simultaneously

* Proactive and open minded in approach

* Excellent IT skills and highly proficient in the full range of Microsoft Office.

* Dedication to creating a more diverse and equitable work environment with previous experience improving an employer's diversity recruiting strategy.
