True are working with a well-respected M&E consultancy as they establish a new base in the West Midlands, marking the next phase in their national expansion. They're looking a Senior Mechanical / Design Engineer to help lead the development of this new office and support delivery on a wide range of projects across the UK.

With a strong reputation already built in the North West, the business is known for its technical expertise and longstanding work in the education, healthcare and residential sectors. They've already secured work in the Midlands, including several active schemes with local authorities. They've recently appointed a Business Development Manager to increase visibility and focus on building new relationships in the region.

The company has recently gone through a period of transition, with several senior staff and Directors taking ownership of the business. With fresh leadership in place, there's a clear and ambitious plan for long-term growth, including expanding into new regions and investing in talent development.

The new West Midlands office provides a modern and well-resourced environment, designed to grow steadily over the coming years. Hybrid working is embedded into the culture, along with the flexibility to balance project work and personal commitments.

They're looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer who is confident managing projects across all RIBA stages, supporting junior engineers and taking ownership of client relationships. The role offers autonomy and the chance to shape how the team grows. A strong salary package, annual bonus, and ongoing development support are all included.
