This opportunity is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings hands-on expertise in restructures, redundancy processes, TUPE and project delivery.
What you’ll be leading on
- Driving and delivering restructuring and redundancy processes with clarity and confidence.
- Managing TUPE activity end-to-end, ensuring a smooth, compliant transition for all stakeholders.
- Designing and rolling out practical HR toolkits, frameworks and resources to support and upskill managers.
- Partnering closely with leadership teams to align HR priorities with wider business goals.
- Providing expert guidance across employment relations, performance management and best-practice HR.
What we’re looking for
- Strong background as an HR Business Partner with proven experience in restructure, redundancy and TUPE.
- A natural project lead with experience developing manager-friendly toolkits and HR resources.
- Confident, credible communicator able to influence and support leadership teams.
- Solid knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Someone collaborative, adaptable and comfortable working independently when needed.
