NIGHT SHIFTS AVAILABLE

8pm to 8am

£10.20 PER HOUR

Our clients based in Bournemouth, are very progressive organisation providing people with Learning Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder and Complex Care, daily support and care.

Currently we wish to recruit experienced Male Support Workers or Male Care Assistants to provide an individual  care and support for night shifts on 1:2:2 or 1:2:3 basis. You must have Care Assistant or Support Worker experience. 

Ideal applicant for the Male Support Worker role should have some Care or Support Worker experience, with either Learning Disabilities or Mental Health or Challenging Behaviour experience.

The service user needs applicants to give him confidence, patience, understanding and reassuring him when he is anxious.
