Year 6 SATs Booster Teacher - Preston

Humly is recruiting a Year 6 SATs Booster Teacher to join a primary school on a temporary basis.

This is a full-time role starting 09/03/2026 and continuing until 22/05/2026. The role would suit an experienced Key Stage 2 teacher who enjoys focused intervention work and helping pupils consolidate learning and achieve their full potential.

What You'll Be Doing

Deliver SATs booster lessons to Year 6 pupils to consolidate key learning

*

Support pupils to strengthen core skills in reading, writing, and maths

*

Build pupil confidence and resilience ahead of assessments

*

Plan and adapt engaging lessons to meet individual learning needs

*

Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback

*

Collaborate with school staff to ensure a coordinated approach to SATs preparation

What You'll Bring

*

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

*

Experience teaching Key Stage 2, preferably Year 6

*

Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and SATs requirements

*

Ability to manage behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment

*

Experience delivering targeted intervention or booster sessions

*

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Pay

Non-AWR: £140+ per day

Full-time, Monday to Friday
Primary school-based position
Enhanced DBS required (Humly can support with an Enhanced DBS at a cost to the educator)
