Quantity Surveyor - Permanent - East London - Infrastructure

The Resolute Group is proud to be partnering with a tier 1 contractor that provides national infrastructure services to private and public sector clients across a diverse range of markets.

Location: East London, Dagenham

Job Type: Permanent, Full time

Hybrid working available - x3 days on site

Salary Expectation: £60,000 - £75,000 + Car allowance, 15% Bonus

The ideal Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for delivering commercial information to the client and reporting the commercial performance of the contract.

Day to day responsibilities of Quantity Surveyor

Review, negotiate, and manage contract terms and variations with clients and subcontractors, including compensation events.
Oversee commercial management of subcontractors: chair meetings, track performance, manage accruals, and allocate value.
Assess and process subcontractor applications and invoices in collaboration with Project Managers.
Monitor project costs against budgets/forecasts and produce regular cost reports.
Manage subcontract orders using COINS software, ensure timely payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.

Essential requirements of Quantity Surveyor

Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent) preferred
Appropriate CSCS card
Full UK Driving License
