My client is a growing Top 30 professional services firm with a highly respected Private Client team. They are seeking a new Partner with strong private client tax advisory expertise and a proven track record in business development.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a leadership role in a fast-growing practice serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, with the chance to shape the future of the firm’s Private Client offering.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
• Provide technical advice across a broad range of private client tax matters.
• Drive business development and marketing initiatives, both internally and externally.
• Identify and act on opportunities for cross-selling and consultancy services.
• Mentor, train, and develop senior and junior team members.
• Contribute to recruitment, team structure, and resource planning.
• Collaborate with Partners and Directors to enhance strategy and service offerings.
• Oversee budgets, billing, and delivery for your client portfolio.
What You'll Need:
• Extensive experience in Private Client tax, advising HNW and UHNW individuals.
• Strong leadership and team management background.
• Excellent knowledge of UK private client tax technicalities.
• Proven business development and client relationship skills.
• Capable of overseeing advisory projects and managing budgets.
• Advanced networking, negotiation, and influencing skills.
