Person Specification:
- A minimum of GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above
- Full UK Driving License and Own Transport
- Experience of working with children in paid or voluntary employment
- Some knowledge of SEN (Special Educational Needs)
- Professional or personal experience of supporting individuals with additional needs and/or challenging behaviour
Main duties will include:
- Managing behaviour confidently and in-line with school policies
- Building excellent relationships and rapport with students
- Taking initiative to engage pupils during lesson time
- Working on a 1-to-1 and group/general basis
- Assisting the teacher with class preparation, as and when required

Contract Type: Temporary, but with the opportunity to become permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am until 3.30pm (approx.)
