Are you a commercially minded finance professional ready to lead a high-performing finance function? We are recruiting a Head of Finance to join the senior leadership team of a well-established, service-led organisation operating across the property and asset services sector.Our client is a focused and reputable business with a diverse service offering and strong UK presence. Known for their professionalism and long-term client relationships, they support the management of complex assets and operations across a wide range of sectors.Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Finance will have full responsibility for the finance function. You will lead on financial control, reporting, compliance, and day-to-day team management, ensuring the finance department delivers consistent, accurate, and timely support to the wider business.Head of Finance Key Responsibilities* Oversee all aspects of financial management, including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting* Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies* Manage cash flow, financial risk, and working capital* Lead and develop a high-performing finance team* Produce monthly management accounts and year-end financial statements* Maintain and improve financial systems and processes* Provide clear financial insight to support operational decisions* Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodiesAbout You* ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified, with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience* Proven experience in a senior finance role, ideally within a service-led or asset-based environment* Strong technical knowledge of UK financial regulations and reporting standards* Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail* Comfortable managing teams and working with stakeholders at all levels* Familiarity with financial systems such as Sage, NetSuite, or Yardi is advantageousIf you're looking for a hands-on leadership role in a professional, growing organisation, we'd love to hear from you.Artis Recruitment provide specialist recruitment services within HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, Marketing, Customer Contact and Executive Search.
